Answers to Your Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How is my income verified?

We use a secure third-party service, like Payscore.com, which checks the bank account where your income is deposited. This service reviews your deposits and calculates your average monthly income, so you won’t need to send us pay stubs.

In recent years, the number of fake pay stubs in property rentals has gone up. To ensure accuracy, we use bank data to verify income instead of PDF documents.

First, contact our management team to confirm if the property allows pets. If it does, you’ll need to apply through PetScreening.com. Approved pets have a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300, and monthly pet rent of $25–$50, depending on the screening results.

Please provide a 30-day notice, either in writing or through the tenant portal, to let us know you won’t be renewing your lease.

If the repair is due to normal wear and tear, the property owner covers the cost, and we’ll coordinate the repair. For repairs due to other reasons, the tenant is responsible for covering the expense.
